What is a Pro Yellow laser treatment?

Operating at a yellow wavelength of 577nm, the laser is known for its effectiveness in vascular treatments. When applied to the skin, this special wavelength is strongly absorbed by the hemoglobin and simultaneously targets both visible lesions and underlying vessels. Compared to other lasers, the Pro Yellow laser has the highest absorption rate in the blood while also minimising the amount of energy absorbed by melanin (the skin’s natural pigment).

Suitable for Light & Dark Skin   Reduced Risk of Side Effects   Quick & Comfortable  No Downtime

What is it used for?

The Pro Yellow laser can be used to treat both light & dark skin types and for a wide variety of problems, including melasma, age spots, freckles, birthmarks, dark lesions, moles, skin tags (bumps of raised skin).

The yellow light from the Pro Yellow laser is also able to destroy the P-Acne bacteria that causes acne. At the same time, it shrinks the sebaceous glands to reduce the production of oil and sebum, preventing future breakouts.

Vascular Lesions

Vascular lesions are caused by small, dilated capillaries. They can appear as red spots, or visible threads on the skin. The Pro Yellow laser can readily treat think by shrinking the vessels with its yellow light, with no damage to the capillaries.

Skin Rejuvenation

The energy from the procedure stimulates collagen production, the protein responsible for giving your skin its elasticity. It is also effective in reducing pigmentation, giving your skin a brighter, more youthful appearance.

Usually found over the cheeks, forehead, nose or upper lip, Melasma is a common skin condition that appears and darkened discoloration on sun-exposed areas. The Pro Yellow laser is able to reduce the melanin and pigmentation in the skin, lightening and clearing the melasma.

Is it safe

The Pro Yellow laser does not require as much power as typical lasers, which means there is more comfort, a reduced risk of side effects, a shorter healing period and it is able to treat darker skin types.

Will there be down time?

There is no downtime, you can resume your daily activities immediately following the treatment.
